Our Story

Created for a Slower, More Personal Hoi An

Annie Hoi An began with a simple idea: some of the most memorable moments of travel happen when you have time to participate, not simply observe.

Hoi An offers many beautiful things to see and do, but meaningful experiences can easily become a list of separate stops. We wanted to create something more connected — a place where guests could spend time with several elements of Vietnamese culture without feeling rushed from one activity to the next.

At Annie Hoi An, coffee, hands-on craft, Vietnamese-inspired style, beauty and photography are brought together with a simple purpose: to let each part of the experience naturally lead into the next.

Some guests may come simply to learn how Vietnamese coffee is prepared. Others may continue with lantern making, choose an Ao Dai, enjoy a natural makeup experience or preserve their time in Hoi An through photographs. The journey can be simple or more complete, while still feeling personal.

The Person Behind Annie Hoi An

Annie Hoi An was created from a personal belief that experiencing a place should feel warmer, slower and more meaningful than simply moving through a list of things to do.

Behind Annie Hoi An is a hands-on approach to shaping each part of the guest journey — from the atmosphere of the space and the way activities are combined to the small details that help an experience feel comfortable and personal.

The intention is simple: guests should have the opportunity to participate, create and enjoy the moment rather than feel that they are simply passing through another stop on an itinerary.

That idea continues to guide how Annie Hoi An develops its experiences — bringing together Vietnamese coffee, hands-on craft, Ao Dai, beauty and photography in ways that feel connected rather than assembled.

A Place Designed Around the Experience

The setting matters. Annie Hoi An is arranged as a welcoming space where guests can settle in, work with their hands and move naturally through different parts of their experience.
